The style icon.

Seeing as this blog is new, I thought I'd dedicate my first proper post to my girl crush and style icon, the beautiful Rachel Bilson. I've wanted to pretty much be her since I was about 18 and frankly nothing has changed since then. I've watched her style evolve over the years and find myself obsessing over the contents of her wardrobe. I know my style icon may be considered simple compared to the likes of Daphne Guinness or Lady Gaga, but the reason I adore Rachel is because she manages to make simple pieces look amazing and I've never seen the girl look bad. I mean she looks great grocery shopping and even after a long haul flight. She experiments with her style without going over the top and can somehow make simple shorts and a tee shirt look glamorous just by teaming it with the right shoes and accessories. Her casual, every day style is my absolute favourite, it's wearable but still stylish and well put together, her red carpet style is also totally drool worthy. Hers is the one wardrobe I would most like to raid, although it's unlikely I'd fit into any of her clothes, but hey I'd be willing to put the man hours in at the gym to get my hands on some of that Chanel!
